With an emphasis on helping you discern your professional goals and/or develop excellence in leadership, this program is designed for maximum flexibility. You will be prepared to flourish in your chosen vocation and to engage in further study at the master’s or doctoral level. The Bachelor of Arts in Leadership is a pilot-program, and enrollment is limited.
​
Through our unique blended degree track, you can complete a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and a Master of Arts in Leadership in as little as four years. Or through our degree completion track, you can utilize previous coursework and prior learning to complete your Bachelor of Arts in Leadership in as little as a year as you prepare for master’s-level study. These degree tracks also have limited enrollment.
